Thoughts and Counter Thoughts

Couple of things worth posting about.

[LifeBlood, 1 liter (7/24,26/05)]

I finished LifeBlood, 1 liter. This is the list:

1. Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour,
2. Pink Floyd - Momentary Lapse of Reason,
3. Rush - Moving Pictures,
4. Led Zeppelin - In Through the Out Door,
5. Pink Floyd - The Wall,
6. Yes - Fragile,
7. Pink Floyd - The Division Bell,
8. Rush - Permanent Waves,
9. Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy

Now, since so many of those were originally published on records a lot are only 40 minutes long, so the disc is 5/9ths full. I'll be thinking about other stuff to put on it, but I can't any time soon since I bought those Rush albums and I had to purchase that Pink Floyd (not The Wall)and I got some other crazy prog stuff too. So if you read this stuff I'll come up with another list for 2 liters. I don't know how I am gonna label it if I add 6 more albums... And it will probably be more. Oh well.

[Lithuania]

We got an email today from JonBoy about the Lithuania stuff. I am getting really excited. It should be a really awesome trip. It appears that our biggest problem is the fact that we won't be able to use most of our electronics that need power plugs there. DC, not AC. Weird. So that's gnarly.

So I have been thinking lately. Something that I enjoy doing. I really like to think and I really like to gather information. People who know me well know I really dig Wikipedia and just reading about stuff in general, when information is easy to get at and at least slightly interesting. I don't care if it's even relevant. I would read about the hypothetical 4th primary color and the 18 other secondary colors it would bestow upon us if I could read the article. Since there isn't one, I'll surely write one soon. (You better not steal my idea. And if you are Catherine Cantrell, you get props for giving me the idea.) Anyway, the point is, I sure do write a lot of boring stuff for all I seek, devour, and process. I mean, wouldn't you prefer to read about all of the different colors based on Floodurple? That's just a prototype name, but it would fix that stupid factoid of nothing rhyming with purple. Yes, I have heard that nothing rhymes with purple. A million times. And no, I don't care. But I digress, this is for another post. Probably my next one. (Digressions are not bad by the way, ask Ray Bradbury.) Anyway, I guess what I am trying to say is that I need to maybe have a different journal. Like, one for normal everyday life stuff that matters to some. Like, I am sure it matters to some of you that I am going to Lithuania, and some of you obviously at least have some input on Music. But those are not the best things, in my opinion, for me to write about. Although I do like writing, I would rather write about the synaesthetic effects of the song Slipstream by Happy The Man upon myself and how senseless they are but how beautiful they are. Although that may be much less useful information, I think it would be better. Maybe. But the best stuff to write about is thoughtful stuff. I remember one time (I was on Aderal for ADD of course..) I figured out how all numbers are based on multiples of primes are are just primes. Not a huge feat, but a fun state of mind to be in. Anyway, I am thinking that from now on thoughtful stuff will go to http://livejournal.com/frioux. If you still like this stuff nothing needs to change, but if you want to read the other stuff, go there. And for you crazy Xanga guys, if you want to good stuff, I'm NOT making another Xanga account. Sorry.
